~Flawlessly IMperfect presents : A beautiful Disaster~

What a relief the holidays are here, but I'm bored! Wanted to find job but then found out that this month's schedule is not suited for working, because of the chalets I have in between the weeks & stuff like that. But nevertheless, have to try to find one with flexible working hours ( haiz..difficult though).

Well recently I had two anonymous gals, whom I do not know at all, added me to their MSN contacts. I was surprised at first, thinking that, hey, maybe friendster is doing a great job in allowing me to meet more people hehe. The first one got the wrong person..fair enough.

The second one's amanda if I'm not wrong. She's only 11, and I can tell by looking at the number she used for her hotmail address. Well, I thought I could just talk to her and asked who was she. She simply replied 'amanda' without even bothering to ask who was I.

But then came the great part. She asked me ONE question which made me question the naiveness & ignorance of this poor gal.

amanda: " U r that shawn lee in the movie 'i not stupid' rite?"

(Are you stupid, or what? She thought I was that Shawn in the middle of the other two boys sia...wth!)

Somehow or rather, she hit me dumbstruck and I was pondering on whether to fool her by saying yes I am, or just saying that I wasn't. There was plenty of time for jokes and making fun of her, but then I thought "I think i tell her I'm not la." Hehe...see I so good right?

So I replied her, and OMG...she was still doubtful about the denial, and still questioning 'really meh'(s) and 'issit'(s)! I was so disappointed...then i thought...

C'MON LA!! IS THERE ONLY ONE SHAWN LEE IN THIS WHOLE STUPID WORLD OR SINGAPORE FOR THAT MATTER!?

OR SHOULD I SAY THAT ASSUMPTIONS MADE JUST BY LOOKING AT MY HOTMAIL IS JUSTICE TO Y.O.U IN CONFIRMING THAT I AM "THAT" SHAWN LEE!? AND WHO IN THE WORLD TOLD YOU ABOUT MY MSN HOTMAIL? I THINK SHE'S IGNORANT TOO!! I'M 17!! 17 OK! THAT SHAWN IS 16 LA!!

I NOT STOOPID!! U NOT STUPID !! WE ALL NOT STUPID OK!?

Although she is 11, and being...okok...naive for that matter, i think that they should start learning how to judge for themselves the true cyber identities of IT-savvy people like us. Parents should teach them to be more wary of false cyber identities and the dangers of falling prey to them. Therefore, i thought that she was so naive, plus the disappointment lay in the fact that IF I was a baddie, i think i could've my way with her now...dangerous right?

Moral is : don't believe any sob story, and info on star's MSN hotmail accounts or if any matter believing stranger's words. But in my case, believing that I was not that guy was the right thing to straighten her mindset. Young or not, she should start being more aware of the dark corners in cyberspace which lies many predators like those sicko paedophiles and molesters...TO HELL WITH THEM AND DOWN TO THE DEPTS AND CESSPITS OF HELL THEY BELONG IN!!

SO DUN BE STUPID, COS YOU'RE NOT STUPID!!! STUPID!!!
