There's only one thing I want to improve on frm now...

That's my NAPFA. I am sick and tired of not being able to do well for my stations, espcially pull-ups and my 2.4km. And now i see my results for other stations sliding down....dissapointment added.

Totally sick of it...So from now on...I want to train as much as possible, and I yearn to see my results improve from my timing. All I need for NAPFA is a SILVER... May Buddha bless me and see me through and give me added motivation.

Really determined to gain through this NAPFA workshop...No pain no gain. I an motivated to grab that silver! JIA YOU SHAWN! NO ONE IS YOUR OPPONENT, COS YOU ARE YOUR OWN ENEMY!! DEFEAT YOUR OLD SELF AND BE REBORN AS SOMEONE BETTER!

Last evening, my uncle and aunt brought me and my parents for dinner... at Dan Ryan's!! It was my second time there, and the food is undoubtedly, very good. Lemme intro to you guys a little about this neat joint.

Dan Ryan's Chicago Grill...an American style setting where the ambience is cosy and relaxing. On the walls they have a gigantic moose head, posters of American Indians and most things American. They offer superb and authentic American steaks, ribs, sandwiches, salads and a whole lot more. Their food are not like the ones preprocessed kind ar, haha. All their food recipes are 'made from scratch', thus authentically mama mia!!

Their inspiration for designing of the place came from a 1940's Chicago bar and grill. So think period music, old newspapers and posters, an antique train circling above the bar, neon signs, and an artist's mural depicting vintage Chicago night life. Now thats Chicago-like atmosphere.

Ok ok, back to the food. So we looked at the menu....

We ordered....

Appetizers : Buffalo Chicken Wings

Salads: Dan's Gold Coast Salad (their specialty)

Specialties: 1/2 slab baby back ribs, Cheeseburger

Seafood: 2 sets of fish & chips

ALL AMERICAN PORTIONS!!! WOOOOOT

(Fish & Chips, served with coleslaw, mashed potato and fries hidden under fish)

(1/2 slab baby back ribs, the best of all!!! Its about more than 30cm long i think LMAO)

(The cheeseburger....very thick patty. Damn forget to ask to add onions, bacon and veggies!! Then burger as tall as big mac LOL. Note: this is only 1/4 of the whole burger !! woohoo)

Dinner was great. The bill? Total $120+ Well this time it was not that expensive because we did'nt order so much more than the previous time we patronised Dan Ryan's. And on the way back to carpark, passed by Regent Hotel....I saw GASP!!!!

A freaking Porche !!! OMG OMG OMG OMG its damn swee la!! Stylo, sexy car..i like!!

And a FERRARI!!! WTH WOOOOOOOOO000000000ooooooooooo...... can't resist so i took a pic of it...look at that engine sia...raw horsepower!! How i wish....haizz

Oh wells, hope ya guys can check out Dan Ryan's if ya want to, but be prepared to fork out a fair bit of cash yea? But seriously la....its worth it. Plus got free keychain to take LOL...took more than 7 of them hahaha...So if any of u want, just ask me ya? Key chain is the green logo which u saw in the 1st picture....very nice!
